If you cancel a refundable booking with HotelMaps, the refund will be processed within two (2) to four (4) weeks and will appear on your credit card statement. The processing time depends on your credit card company’s billing cycle and the bank’s processing time. Refunds are subject to various factors, including the hotel’s cancellation policy, the timing of your cancellation, and applicable processing fees. If your reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge your credit card, and any held amount will be released immediately. However, it may still take two (2) to four (4) weeks for the bank to process the refund and reflect the refunded amount on your credit card.

Check-In and Check-Out

The standard check-in time for most accommodations, including hotels, apartments, and villas, is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. For arrivals after 6:00 PM, please contact us for late arrival instructions. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and are subject to availability and prior confirmation. Modification

If you decide to shorten your stay, the full amount of your booking will still be charged, regardless of how many nights you stay. Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation number and voucher will be generated for you to print. You must present this confirmation voucher upon arrival at the hotel. It also covers any claims that arose before you accepted this Agreement, regardless of whether earlier versions of the Agreement required arbitration.

All arbitration proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator will have the authority to decide the scope of this arbitration agreement and the arbitrability of any claims.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date.

Late Cancellation: If you change or cancel your booking within 15 days of the check-in date, based on the property’s local time (Turkey Standard Time), you will be charged for the entire reservation period, including taxes.

No-Shows and Early Check-Out: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early check-outs.

Charges at the Property: You may be required to pay additional charges directly at the property. These charges are already included in the total room price displayed on our website. All charges listed are those provided to us by the property.
