It has beautiful architecture and a private garden with a private pool for rent in Belek. Our villa, which has 3 bedrooms, offers accommodation for up to 7 people. For this reason, it is ideal for large families and groups of friends. Electricity and water are included in the prices.

Check-in and Check-out Hours
In all our homes, the check-in time is as of 15:00 and the check-out time is until 11:00 at the latest. During this time, our houses are cleaned. If the house is available the day before your check-in, flexibility can be provided by meeting with the host, in terms of check-in times.

Each house has a separate capacity and this number indicates the maximum number of people that can stay in our house. Apart from the beds in the bedrooms, if there is a sofa bed or a folding sofa in the living room or the bedrooms, this capacity is added to the number of people. Our hosts are also very sensitive in this regard and overcapacity is not allowed. Children over 2 years old are included in the number of people.
Towels, Sheets and Cleaning
Our villas are cleaned and hand towels and linens are changed before you start your holiday. In case of entry and exit to the house on the same day, our houses are cleaned between 11:00 and 16:00, as stated in the previous articles.
In some of our villas, there is a cleaning service twice a week the price. If there is such a situation, you can find this information in the description of the villa or the highlights section.
For stays longer than one week, a clean towel and linen set is also available in the villa each week.
Deposit

The deposit is a fee that is received by the landlord or attendant after the house check is done at the entrance to the house. Before leaving the house at the end of your vacation, the landlord or attendant checks the house. Unless there is any damage, this fee will be refunded to you at check-out. The deposit amount is 500 TL.
